OK, here are the real facts as I see them.
#1` You have the 'ballistic range' already covered.
#2 you asked the question, so you obviously like some rifle you saw, and it happens to be a 260.
#3 If you like it, buy it!
Who cares if you have the ballistics already covered?
It's not relevant if you asked the question in the 1st place.
I own four 270s, three 308s and four 30-06s.
When I build a new rifle or buy one, I am 100% sure I already have a rifle that can cover the same ballistic ground.
What difference does that make?
