I have always wanted to start north from Lake Nipigon and cross the divide and then to the salt down one of those rivers. Never liked the though of being close to the bay and camping. All I can think of is that you'd just be a meat snack in a fluffy wrapper.

I have a boat big enough to handle Lake Superior and may yet do the Pukaskwa. There has to be plenty of nice specks in those rivers too.
