Some years back, Tim Olt made this one for me. I designed it, he tweaked my ideas, and produced what has turned out to be the best utility knife I have ever used.
Meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, this 154 CM blade handles everything. It is, dare I say it? Perfect in every way.
I was using it this morning to prep oranges for juice. Like always, it was up to the task.
