I understand the sentiment of the OP but I don't agree with the technique. This is where AG Sessions comes in and issues subpoenas for those in the NSA and specifically the "signal division". They are interviewed by the FBI and all communication methods are secured for further evaluation.
This, we have some rogue nerds trying to get a lick in.
