If you were being honest, you'd admit that an incoming POTUS inaugurated in January could do exactly nothing about a prior, closed, tax year. That, or simply not bringing it up at all as it is irrelevant. That'd be a proper - conservative - take on it, vice implying that otherwise would be or should be the case.
That's just stupid. Of course nothing has changed...that's what I said. Irrelevant? I hope not. I'm hoping to pay a couple hundred dollars less in income tax and a few thousand less for health insurance next year.
