At the gunshop today and they just took in a nice Winchester 55 in 30wcf, came out of a collector's closet and is in very good to excellent condition. It is a takedown, which I believe was standard for that model, but my question for you guys is value. He's asking 1500 for it and I am 3/4ths tempted to buy it just because the condition is so nice. Is that price in line or high? Thanks for the feedback! Steve.
