Problem is he most likely can't hit our continent.... but he can raise holy hell with South Korea and Japan. It ain't gonna look good if we strike first and South Korea and Japan are virtually wiped out and we go unscathed.
I'm told our plan will make the entire country a pile of charcoal if he attacks South Korea.
