meh...just sell it in whatever fashion is good for you.
My only suggestion would be baseball sized chunks. That's what the majority of cookers want.
In fact, I bet you could sell a bunch right in our very own classifieds and advertising is free. All it takes is to be a quality product like Danny's Maple Syrup and folks jump all over it. Maybe an okay from Rick.
I'd take a 20-50 lb sack myself and I know 3-5 other cookers who would do the same.
