You know,I never was much of a fan for finger grooves. When Rick sent these,besides the first thing I did witch was upgrade the sheath to Parsons ( the best),was talk to him about a version with no finger grooves. Then I sat down & eyed one up, handling it. I realized then,the finger grooves on this tiny handle were the best ally this very small knife can have. They give it control for heavier cut action,and a similar small knife without just doesn't have the grip this does. So I called him back up and told him to disregard the conversation about a no finger groove version. I think he has a real good little knife here & I think it's a great value and item a guy would like to have
