Super beautiful cook on that steak Dan, but you lost me at mesquite, or the devils fire wood as I call it. Nothing against you or your cook and I'm really not a picky eater at all, (hell just look at me) but that mesquite wood flavor is not my thing. I know I would get my a$$ hung from a street light in Texas for saying it, but to me it tastes like I ate it out of a dirty ash tray.
