19 gallons of gasoline at pump. Minus taxes, is around $1.80 =
$36.70 plus 12 gallons of diesel @ around $1.90 before taxes =
$22.80 which brings the total to
$59.50Total gross profit = $9.50 per barrel.Then subtract from that gross profit the lease, pipelines, refinery construction, labor for all of it, transportation, operating expenses (equipment and such), and the drilling bill, cost of the retail outlets...etc.
