I would get a tikka in 6.5 swede 260 or 6.5 creed. I have the swede with a bushnell 3200 scope and shoot clay pigeons at 300-400 for practice. These are amazing rifles for the price. If you have the cash go for a sako 85. Thats my plan when i have a few extra bucks.
