I have a new rifle... Nosler M48 Outfitter in 375ruger.

I wanted to use 270gr TSX, but there is a problem.
It shoots accurately, but will not cycle in my rifle well.
The flat surface on the tip of the bullet catches something and jams often.
Nosler said to send the rifle back but might not get back to me in time for my trip. They asked if all bullets did this or just the TSX.

I went to the gun shop and cycled thru some Hornady Superformance 250gr GMX and they fed very well. Not 1 problem.I couldn't make them jam. The tip seems to alleviate the problem. I will likely send the rifle back for the fix, but will likely wait until after my hunt which is the first of June.

Questions for those that have used them:
1. Any problems on plainsgame, including an eland?
2. Any problem using these on a Cape Buffalo?

I've read many positive testimonials of the 250gr TTSX for buffalo and wonder if these Hornady will do just as well.
I could order some of the 250gr TTSX but can't get them locally.

thanks.
