My 6.5 Creed with 120 Barnes and 123 Scenar shot best with Varget. 39.7 gr in the SCENAR , 40 gr in the Barnes. Might want to try varget with your bullet. My 40X .308 target rifle likes varget also with 168 Sierra and 178 Hornady BTHPs. I don't argue with accuracy and Varget came through on these 2 rifles.
Me too! 39.5 Varget and 123 Scenar, and they go about 2900 fps. Mine for whatever reason likes these better than any 140 grain load I"ve tried yet.
