Someone had posted the phone number in the thread I mentioned and it helped me return my primers so I thought I'd return the favor for anyone that may be reading and is just becoming aware of the primer issue. It's been several months since I went through the process so I hope that phone number is still valid.
I would definitely make that call. If only for the peace of mind of knowing if your primers need to be returned or not.
