Unfortunately there seems to have been a massive influx of homegrown and imported lowlifes.
All of a sudden, these broke-ass scumbags have enough money and inclination to say, Hey, let's jump in the Impala and head to Alaska. I'm sure it's a complete and total coincidence they're spreading everywhere simultaneously.
