OP Savage2005 Campfire Tracker Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 4,012 Franklin, TN USA	It's odd being around WWII I believe that it has an aluminum trigger group. I figured it'd be steel along with the rest of it. The polychrome on the savage says "Savage" on it so I imagine it's original. NRA Life Member
