We caught a couple Mahi-mahi in Cabo a few years ago and brought back the fillets to the Hotel Restaurant and had them fix it. It was served cooked 3 different ways and there was still 15 lbs of fillets left so I gave them to the waiter who served us all week to take home to his family.
BTW, it was delicious.... and the lobster tails were also pretty tasty...
