Not sure if they're inflated or not. If I was shooting 1000 yds I might care but for the hunting I do, which is done under 400 yds, I don't think about it. I use the 210gr Scirocco in my 338-06AI. Accuracy is just fine and as for on game performance they are unbeatable. I have three recovered from elk. All weighed around 194gr. Perfect little mushrooms.
