I'm shooting 410gr (with 100gr STs) at 266fps out of my CSS Encore 35 @ 70lbs and 28 1/2" draw length. It shoots alot flatter than I thought it would and is ultra quiet and smooth. I won't trade this set up for anything as I have a good balance of speed, arrow weight, forgiveness, and lack of noise and recoil. I personally believe too many bowhunters go nuts on speed and pay little if any attention to other aspects of their rig. Your mileage may vary.
