1st Ammendment.

How many times does it need to be said here that the Constitution, in this case the 1st Amendment, doesn't apply to private citizens or businesses? Only limits infringement on individual rights by government.

Doesn't in any way make Goodyear's actions less outrageous, just not illegal.

Winner - Winner

It’s a shame that so many have no idea what the Constitution and the BOR says and what it means.

Try telling that to the folks that wouldn’t make a f a g cake.
That was a civil right case, not a first amendment case.

Civil rights are “laws” passed by Congress, as in discrimination laws.
Civil liberties are Constitutional rights as in the Bill of Rights and pertain only to Government actions.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.
