Anyone know what Biden was referring to when he said he " wanted to get what we called a black and white"? I was thinking he meant a brown and white when he said they were going to share it, but we're movin on.

He really has difficulty speaking, talking in short sentences and adding jibberish when he realizes he didn't say exactly what his brain wanted his mouth to say.
