D'Arcy Echols is pretty well sold on H1000 for 200 grainers in the .300 Wby, and he builds quite a few.
Personally I like the Weatherby factory loads with the 200 Partition. Pricey, but they get exactly what's claimed in my 24" barrel (Vanguard Sub-MOA), 3060 fps, and fine accuracy.
If looking for a handload would also look in the area of H1000 and Ramshot Magnum.

H1000 seems to be one of those sleeper powders over here. It is the Aussie powder AR 2217 and I used it a lot when the RUM's first appeared and it was a perfect match. It does not surprise me that it also works in the Wby case but I have not tried it there myself yet.
