You can bet on something like this. And regardless of what the ruling is, NYC will continue to enforce their laws.
I don't think so. They will pass new laws for a new pistol license that meets the Court's criteria and they will pass laws restricting carrying in certain "sensitive" public areas, but it can't be the same old law. Neither the NYC mayor or NY Governor have said that they will ignore the Court's decision. They can't.
I love how our demented ruler said that the decision was "unconstitutional". Like he would know.
