1 in 10 should stabilize just fine, both of my 308s are 1 in 12 and they shoot that bullet very well using Varget, H4895 and IMR 4064. Velocities just under 2900 out of a 23.5” barrel. With a 16” barrel I’m not sure if you’re going to get much more velocity. You might move up to 168 or 175 grain but you have all those 155 grain bullets you want to shoot so that’s your call. I load these about .010 off. Head space is around.002. Using Lapua brass, CCI or Fed large rifle primer. I assume you’re using these bullets for target.
