340, The 338-08 only makes sense because of that tiny little Kimber 84M action. A five pound gun that shoots 338winmag starting loads makes a LOT of sense. Especially if you have to carry it for five days in the rain and never pull the trigger like I just did. Sure beats carrying ten pounds in the rain!
