I have my first 22 Hornet on the way. A CZ 527 "Luxe". I have the same style in a rimfire and really enjoy it. I have done a little snooping around in the load manual sources I have and I seem to have most of the powders mentioned. I have some 40 and 45 grain bullets somewhere. Sierra if my memory serves. I have a rule of sorts but I've broken it a few times lately and it is when I'm looking for accuracy I usually start with Sierra. I also have several bags of Winchester 46 grain hollow points, which I have high hopes for. I think I have a small sampling of Hornady 45 grainers. What are your favorite powders with mid-40's weight bullets. I'm leaning toward IMR4227 and H110. Please let me know what has worked for you.
