I have several Savage BVSS rifles in various calibers and like the member above said, they are very accurate rifles. Every Savage I have are very accurate rifles for that matter. I have not seen very many Savage BVSS 300 Win Mag rifles come up for sale as I don't think very many were made and those that have them tend to hold onto them. The BVSS rifles are definitely not the rifles to choose to take with you when going on those long all day hunting treks, but for short walks to a stand along with a BOG Deathgrip tripod, they're great to hunt with and have a less felt recoil than a lighter weight rifle.
