The all-steel eaa witness compact is right at 40.8 oz with 8 rounds. Haven't had a jam in over 2 years. I won't load anything more than 8 rounds in the mags, because I don't need the high capacity.

Paid $500 for it. I don't know how this compares to the latest polymer compacts.

2 years ago, I replaced all the springs(even the magazine springs) with heavier wolf springs. That fixed the occasional failure to feed.

I REALLLY like single action/double action. Loaded chamber, trigger on half-cock. Quick, and no bllsht.

With a 3.6" barrel it fits in any parka pocket. Wearing bibs and parkas, there no belts/holsters. Only option is a parka pocket.

Anyways, the witness compact is forgotten about, in the world of compact 10 mm's
