What are my options for stainless action/trigger combo with a locking bolt? I know I could buy a tikka or win70 but I'd like to start with just the action and not buy a total donor rifle.

I would also like to be able to use a pre-fit barrel; I hope to put this together myself.

You might be able to put a WTB ad out there for a Defiance with the 3 POS safety. Might be someone out there that wants to get rid of one.
