Leica and Zeiss make 1-6x24 scopes that have what is essentially a duplex reticle. It's a bit like a German #4 but I think the heavy lines at the bottom and sides of the reticle are not as bold as in a true #4.
Would love one of these. Just not sure I can afford one right now.
