I bought new 9mm brass and wasn't sure if it's standard practice to resize it all. Then I took a bullet and pushed it in the neck by hand and pulled it out just as easily. Ended up resizing all 150 of them and could tell by the resistance on the press the brass was being worked. Should all new brass be resized?
