Hey Rick,

I've been using and really enjoying this recipe lately:

It's a little spicy for my kids, so I scale back the ancho chile powder and the chipotles. I'm not a cilantro guy, so I omit that, and I don't usually have Juniper berries handy, so I sub in some blueberries.

So far I've tried it with cubed moose meat and deer chipotle sausage as the game meat. My preference is for cubed meat.
