I apologize for no pictures so just looking for range of views on a rifle before I drive away from it.
A 270 featherweight -1958 serial. Non schnauble front end stock. Has what appears to be aluminum butt plate with the peak on top. Fit not great as wood is 1/16 plus on the top seemed a bit much but I’m not great at diagnosing pre 64s. In 90% condition. Back screw in top of receiver others missing
I was trying to get a range of value as he wants $1750 for it and that seemed fairly high but it was a 270 featherweight in very good condition so figured I’d ask for opinions.
He also had 98% pre 64 Alaskan for $4500 if that helps with sellers mind set.
I’d also point I’m left handed but always wanted a pre 64 so going to give shooting right handed with it a shot. I’ve got lh post 64 model 70s but the itch is getting to to ignore.
