Another Modine owner here. My workshop is 32x32 with 10 foot ceilings and insulated and sheet rocked. Within 10 minutes the temperature will go from 40 to high 50's. Never had any issues with the heater.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
