I shoot the 30 XCB in my Rem. 770 in 30-06 with 22" barrel 1:10 twist, bullet is cast from 50/50 PB/COWW, powder coated and quench right out of the toaster oven. Bullets are size to .309" and checked with 30 cal Gator checks. My favorite load is 35.0 grs. of H-4198 with a COAL of 3.070 in my rifle.
