Had some RWS High Velocity HP ammo back in the late ‘90s. It produced absolutely fantastic precision through this Hart barreled S&W 63 with Tasco 2x scope at 50 yards:

Half inch 5-shot groups were not uncommon, with a few as tight as 3/8”. Unfortunately, there were no camera phones then, with which to conveniently take bragging photos and, before long, that ammo simply became unavailable.

Looks like it’s now available again (or maybe still).

But, I’m not sure there’s actually enough real advantage to that level of precision, in a revolver intended for popping mass quantities of ground squirrels, to justify the $10+ per 50 round box of the currently made stuff, even if it should prove to shoot as well as the old. The relatively inexpensive and commonly available CCI Sub-Sonic HPs seem to do well enough, even with a Burris FastFire3 red dot sight:
