I am Christian and support our military.

Folks really need to isolate those kind of thing from business, at least learn
to put them into perspective.

20 years ago I heard a guy say "If I'm getting into a deal with someone, and he starts in with his religion, I'm OUT!"

That really offended me, at the moment.
It took about a day of percolating for the wisdom behind it to resonate.

If a car dealer, contractor, mechanic, is a deeply faithful man, he will get around to
talking to you about God. If he is trying to use it to inspire confidence, establish(false)
credibility, he will lead with it.

Military service is the same thing.

We had a guy run for county commissioner on his military service.
His ads were literally nothing but his service record.
HE WON!
Against older guys with much more experience applicable to the job.
One term showed a lot, and he was gone.

Buying buying over priced coffee because someone was in the military
does not make you a patriot.

If you are gonna spend your money on a product, but not because of the
product (making a statement) every careful who you are making your statement with.

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
