The only Accurate powder data on loaddata.com for the Whelen with 158gr pistol bullets is for Accurate 2495...47 to 51 grains.
A2460 is faster than A2495, and there is data for RL7 and IMR4198, which are faster still. So I'm sure you can use A2460. You just gotta figure it out.
