If this is true...and since it came from the internet that's dubious...it means that they finally got him to the point that the happy juice they fed him have at last fried his synapses.
Again, IF it's true, what happens for the next six months? Do they keep him propped up like that Bernie guy in the movie until the election and then (having stolen that one too) usher in whoever they pick as VP? It won't be Kamala.
