I own my version of the rifle already. Tikka T3X Stainless SuperLite in .308 Win with Burris FFII 3-9x40 BDC reticle. Not a burden to carry but easy enough to shoot well. Accurate enough and the scope holdovers track factory load trajectories close enough to hit 10” steel plates out to 550 yards. Easily powerful enough for any game up thru elk. Relatively inexpensive to buy so no major tears if it is damaged. Relatively inexpensive to shoot as .308 Win is so common it is pretty easy to find affordable, high quality hunting and match loads.
