The last one I saw for sale locally was about 98% condition. Asking price was $600.00.

For an 'S' model?? Wow... That one had the sporter barrel..
The 'T' version had a bull barrel.. I happened upon one (541-T) about 10+ years ago at the local shop.. It was in about 98% condition. $375.. I sucked it up like a Hoover Deluxe.. Using Eley ammo, this rifle is scary accurate... About 5 years ago my son took it to a turkey shoot. IIRC, he won 9 turkeys and hams with that rifle.. They didn't want to let him shoot anymore..
