The truth is his neighbor may or may not of developed an attitude at the academy or later when working on the street. I really don't know, nor is it my issue.
Then why discuss it or even comment on it?
You go on for paragraphs, and when someone asks you about what you wrote, you say, "I don't know," or "I don't care," or something like that.
If you really don't know and don't care, then don't talk.
