I picked up a 9 shot SS 4" Taurus 94 with about a 20# trigger pull. Nice tight little gun and I thought I would replace the hammer spring to lighten it up. Midway USA does not offer it, so I tried Wolff Springs direct. They have springs for the small frame Taurus, but do not recommend them for the 94/941. I understand that rimfires take a little heavier hammer strike to be dependable. Has anybody replaced the hammer spring in a Taurus .22, or lightened the trigger pull another way?
