Close your eyes, draw your bow and anchor. Open your eyes and where are you? You need to move the peep sight so it's directly in front of your eye. You shouldn't have to stretch or move your head around. With the peep set at eye height, you'll have a better chance of developing a good, repeatable, natural shooting form.
