Truth be told, when shooting big critters at woods distances, I prefer the 250-255, probably because I'm old fashioned. I do think the factory 250 was tougher than the Hornady 220, and I think the close match is the Hawk 250 w/.035 jacket.
At the same time, flat trajectory makes shooting easier at extended ranges.
The great thing about the .375 is that it'll do things both ways.
