It is not in, because it's behaviour is not same as conventional powders show.

You can safely load a rifle cartridge (I tested .308 Win and 30/06) with 150 grains SP bullets in a pressure barrel) with loading densities from 60% to 85% (air gap above powder column) giving up to 1900 fps and pressures around 35000 psi. But when you fill the cartridge up to the bullet base, pressure begins to jump up and down by about 10000 psi's. Pressure stays still in a safe region - but precision will be affected.
