I attended an outdoor show in Lakeland Fl today and talked with a gentleman named Phillip Oosthuysen. He was selling a buff hunt in Zimbabwe 1x1 seven day hunt for 8,500$. In addition, other plains game could be added "al a carte" . The hunt is on 27,000 acres of ranch in the lowveld of southern Zim and the owner/ph is Tokkie van der Merwe. Does anybody know any of these guys and is Zim safe to travel/hunt in?
