I keep seeing a ton of bows for sale on Craigslist and everyone says they paid like $600+ and asking $300 or less for each bow. It seems like you buy a bow and if you want to sell it a couple years later, you'll only get about half off it. If you wait like 10-15 years, then that bow is worth even less.

But for a gun, you sell it a couple of years later, it'll go down in value a little (may even go up if its sought after) and in 20 years it may eve be worth double what you paid for and more.
