Why does reloading in the UK surprise you?
OKdave - I thought with the restrictive gun laws in the UK, and the history of terrorists attacks in Northern Ireland that reloading would be a no-no. Of course, you can have a silencer on your weapons, something the authorities in CA would have kittens over!!
